Fuzzy Evaluation of Process Quality with Process Yield Index

چکیده

With the rapid development and evolution of Internet-of-Things (IoT) big-data analysis technologies, faster more accurate production data process capability evaluation models will bring industries closer to goal smart manufacturing. Small sample sizes are also common, due destructive testing, high costs detection, insufficient technological capacity, these undermine reliability statistical method. Many studies have pointed out that a confidence-interval-based fuzzy decision model can incorporate accumulated expert experiences increase testing accuracy for small samples. Therefore, this study came up with based on yield index. The index not only reflects but has one-to-one mathematical relation so it is convenient apply in practice. proposed diminishes probability misjudgment resulting from sampling error improves under situation sizes, thereby contributing
